Washi Tape Box

{ a way to organise your craft supplies}

If you need a little box to store all of your washi tape or colourful cello tape than head no further than your local bakery. It doesn’t have to be Ladurée, as long as they sell macarons the chances are they will be given to you to take home in a little fancy box often with a clear window to showcase what’s inside.

So bring the box and the macarons at home, make a cup of coffee and take pleasure in eating the macarons than choose some nice wrapping paper and enjoy the rest of your coffee ( semi) decoupageing the lid of your box. I say semi-decoupageing as I actually didn’t apply glue on the top of the paper as I liked the mat finish. It took about half an hour and here it is my own little washi tape display box.

Wishing you all a lovely week!

  1. This would be a great way to store ribbons, too, Irina!!!

  2. Polka dots one of favourite patters, I have to say you are very neat at covering boxes.

  3. Hi Irina! I found you linked up at Skip To My Lou. Where do you buy your washi tape?

  5. Класс! Такое замечательное превращение!

  6. What a great idea! I have way too much washi tape (Is that even possible??). I'll have to find some of these boxes. Congrats on your feature on Keeping It Simple!

  7. I love this - I've been wondering what to do with my ever growing washi collection! I'll have to keep an eye out for a box like this. Good excuse to buy macarons too :)
